Site Administrator gofingerstyle.com IARUSHKIN GUITAR LESSONS LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Online School), by this Terms of service (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) offers an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Client) to conclude a contract for the provision of paid consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract)

The Online School offers to conclude a Contract on the following conditions:

1. Definitions

1.1. Website – a collection of pages on the Internet, united by a domain name gofingerstyle.com

1.2. The Course is a set of consultations in various areas (guitar playing, arrangement) offered via the Website to the Client on the terms defined by the Terms.

1.3. Login – the Client's identifier for use on the Website, allowing access to the Course and communication with the Online School. The login is unique.

1.4. Password – a sequence of characters to be entered on the Website to confirm that the Login matches the Client.

2. General provisions

2.1. The Contract is considered concluded from the moment the Client goes to the pages of the Site in the personal part by registering on the Site and paying for the Course by the Client. In case the Client goes to the personal part of the Site and /or pays for the Course, the Client is considered to have agreed to all the terms of the Contract presented in this Terms.

2.2. The Client provides the Online School as the operator of personal data with his personal data, including full name and full and unconditional consent to the processing by the Online School (including collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification (updating, modification), use, distribution (including transfer), destruction, indefinite storage) the above data in electronic form and /or on paper for sending invitations to events and other information, including by e-mail.

2.3. The date of issuance of written consent to the processing of the Client's personal data is the date of putting the symbol in the column "I agree with the terms of service" (according to clause 2.1 of the Terms). The consent specified in this paragraph is valid for 10 (ten) years. The Online School undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Client's personal data.

2.4. Simultaneously with the above consent to the processing of personal data, the Client gives his full consent to receive messages from the Online School via e-mail, including messages of advertising content.

2.5. The price of the Course is indicated on the Website on the corresponding page.

2.6. All prices provided for in this Offer are inclusive of taxes.

2.7. The Online School undertakes to provide the following services to the Client immediately (or within a day) after receiving funds from the Client in the amount of the Course price:

2.7.1. open access to communication with the Online school in a specialized interface;

2.7.2. open access to Course materials prepared by specialists of the Online School;

2.8. The Client undertakes:

2.8.1. pay for the Course in full, or on the terms of the corresponding Promotion (see the corresponding clause of this Terms);

2.8.2. follow the instructions of the Online School for successful completion of the Course;

2.8.3. do not transfer your Username and Password to third parties;

2.8.4. not to use in any way outside of the Course the materials included in the Course, frames, texts, any works of literary, scientific or artistic creativity, other results of intellectual activity or means of individualization, which the Client has read or received a copy of during preparation for the Course, during the Course or otherwise in links to the Course without the written permission of the Online School.

2.9. The Offer is valid for the duration of your stay on the Site.

2.10. The Services are considered to have been properly rendered if during the Course of the Course by the Client, as well as within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of payment for the Course by the Client, the latter has not submitted claims to the Online School.

2.11. If the Online School conducts the Promotions provided for in this Terms, the Client has the right to participate in only one of the Promotions, unless otherwise expressly stated in the terms of the relevant Promotion.

2.12. Paragraph 2.10 does not apply to Courses purchased in installments or paid in parts. In this case, the Services are considered properly rendered immediately from the moment of payment without a period of 14 (fourteen) days.

3. Disputes and disagreements

3.1. If the Client has any complaints about the work of the Online School, the Client informs the Online School by e-mail, sending a letter to info@gofingerstyle.com . The representative of the Online School contacts the Client (using the available contacts left during registration on the Website or by e-mail from the address from which the claim was received, or using the details specified in the claim) no later than the next day and finds out the specific circumstances of the claim. Based on the results of the investigation, the Online School takes the following actions:

3.1.1. replaces the Course with another Course chosen by the Client, with an appropriate surcharge, if the cost of the replaced Course is less, or on the terms of returning part of the funds to the Client's bonus account in the personal account, if the cost of the replaced Course is more (unless it contradicts clause 2.12);

3.1.2. reduces the price of the Course, but not by more than 30% (thirty percent);

3.1.3. leaves the claim without satisfaction (if the Client's data has not been confirmed by the results of studying the materials of the Website and completing the Course, as well as by the results of clarifying the conflict situation with the Consultant).

3.1.4. Returns to the Client 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the course paid by the Client in case the Client detects a violation of the obligations of the Online School from clause 2.7 of this Terms, within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date when the Client became aware of such circumstances, but in any case no later than the beginning of the Client's second task of the corresponding course (if it does not contradict paragraph 2.12).

3.2. In case of violation by the Client of the obligations listed in clauses 2.8.2., 2.8.3., 2.8.4., the Online School sends claims in the manner specified in clause 3.1. and has the right to block the Client's access to the Site, terminate the contract unilaterally without any payments to the Client

4. Other conditions

4.1. The Agreement is valid until the end of the fulfillment by the Parties of their obligations under the Agreement.

4.2. The Online School provides services during the period beginning from the moment defined by the rules of clause 2.1 and ending at the end of the Course, defined as the end of the last consultation of the Course, the date of which is determined by the schedule of the Online School, or as the expiration of a three-month period from the beginning of the provision of services, determined in accordance with clause 2.1. and this paragraph.

4.3. In case of sending an application to info@gofingerstyle.com The Client can receive a copy of the Terms on paper with the signature of an authorized person. The Client receives a copy of the Offer by mail — at the address specified during registration on the Website.

4.4. In cases specifically defined by the Terms, the Parties recognize e-mail as the appropriate method of notification, transmission of data and other information messages. In other cases, the documents are sent by mail to the addresses of the Parties.

4.5. No correspondence between the Parties and / or their representatives, carried out by e-mail, web interface or in any other way that does not reliably identify the Party, can be the basis for changing the Contract or its termination, unless otherwise provided by the Terms.
